Prevention of discrimination
The “Rixain” law of December 24, 2021 aims to accelerate economic and professional equality between women and men.
2025 indicators for Ensad Limoges:
1/ Share of women candidates for the competition: 298 women (69 men) out of 367, i.e. 81%
2/ Share of registered women: 164 women (17 men) out of 181, i.e. 90%
3/ Scholarship holders: 61 women (8 men) out of 69, i.e. 88%
4/ Women graduates by diploma and by section:
– DNA Art (bac+3): 17 women (1 man) out of 18, i.e. 94%
– DNA Design (bac+3): 8 women (2 men) out of 10, i.e. 80%
– DNSEP Art (bac+5): 12 women (7 men) out of 19, i.e. 63%
– DNSEP Design (bac+5): 3 women (1 man) out of 4, i.e. 75%
5/ Share of doctoral students in first registration, by discipline: person in first year.
6/ Rate of women and rate of men among doctoral students registered in the first year of the doctorate and having obtained funding for their thesis: currently, we have no one in the first year of the doctorate.
7/ Share of doctoral students during their defense, by discipline: Thesis not yet defended by the only doctoral student from Ensad Limoges (who is starting her 4th year).
8/ Proportion of women among student association leaders: 100%
Indicators for which we have no data:
9/ Share of women who obtained a job one year after obtaining a state-recognized higher education diploma.
10/ Average salary of women and men 24 months after obtaining a state-recognized higher education diploma, at BAC+2, BAC+3, BAC+5 and BAC+8 levels.
